Meet the owners!!! We, Mikayla and Richard, are two coffee beans in a pod; service-oriented and wanting to make the world a kinder, and more caffeinated place. In 2021, we met up for our first date at a locally owned coffee shop, and have been inseparable since that first cup of Joe! We recognize and appreciate the power behind coffee, connections, and community, which paved our way to be presently here in service. As background, we have both been teachers, coaches, and leaders in the fields of education, athletics, and wellness. On our journey to restore balance and harmony in our lives, we decided to create Flow State Coffee Company. We are so happy you are here!
